Brady Hoke and the Michigan Wolverines football program picked up their commit for the 2015 class today in the form of defensive tackle Brady Palante out of Naples, Florida.
Pallante is a senior this upcoming season and would be a 2014 prospect, but he has accepted a greyshirt from the Wolverines, meaning he will enrole in the spring semester of 2015, essentially giving him a sixth year of eligibility.
The staff asked for him to greyshirt due to the number of scholarships available for 2014. It will be a bit of an abbreviated class.
Pallante attended a Michigan camp in 2012 and the coaches were very impressed. Coach Hoke has stated in the past that he wants to build depth on both the offensive and defensive lines, and Pallante will be a solid rotational guy once he hits campus.
Look for a quick analysis from us later on. Until then, Go Blue!
