Week 2: BBR Prediction List

This is a quick intuitive new series we will be starting where weekly I will be predicting who I see as filling up the 2014 class for Michigan.  I will make it a 19 member class due to likeliness of attrition and more scholarships opening.. Current commits will be in bold

  • QB Wilton Speight
  • WR Maurice Ways
  • WR Drake Harris
  • WR K.J WIlliams
  • TE Ian Bunting
  • OL Mason Cole
  • OL Juwan-Bushell Beatty
  • OL Jamarco Jones
  • OL Alex Bars
  • DE Lawrence Marshall
  • DE Malik McDowell
  • DT Bryan Mone
  • DT Brady Pallante
  • LB Kyron Watson
  • LB Michael Ferns
  • LB Jimmie Swain
  • LB Chase Winovich
  • CB Jabrill Peppers
  • CB Parrker Westphal
  • S Quincy Wilson

A few minor changes this week.  Kyron Watson, LB from East St Louis, Illinois is off the board after committing to Kansas last week.  Reports surfaced later that Michigan had cooled on him due to small size.

K.J Williams takes the spot of Artavis Scott as my third projected WR commit for Michigan.  Reports are that K.J plans to make his decision sooner rather than later and from all it seems, Michigan indeed leads for his services.

Finally Jimmie Swain is my other projected LB for the class.  The interest in him has been one of the hottest on the recruiting trail lately and he is a very underrated talent and a bonafide playmaker.

I also dropped Alex Bars after his ND commitment and at this point I feel that Michigan is rather set at OL for now until signing day nears some months down the road.  Could hold a spot for an elite talent such as Braden Smith or Casey Tucker.

Look next week for Week 3 of the BBR Prediction List and stay tuned!
